Pueblo Seco is a gated townhome community built around 2000. It's near Broadway and Higley roads in Mesa, AZ. This community has a large pool and a workout/weight room that is located in the center of the property. Homes range in size for just under 1000 square feet to 1255 square feet. All are either 2 or 3 bedrooms with a garage.
It's one of the least expensive communities that have been built since 2000. There is no private outdoor space and the living rooms are on the narrow side. But, for the most part it's a fine community and well worth checking out if you are in the market to buy a home.
